I’m a former corporate leader turned fractional coach who helps organizations build stronger, more confident, and more aligned teams. After nearly 30 years in retail leadership—managing national accounts, guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and driving consistent sales growth—I realized that my greatest strength wasn’t the numbers I delivered… it was the people I developed.
Today, I partner with companies as a fractional leadership and team development coach, offering the kind of strategic support, communication guidance, and people-centered leadership development that most organizations need—but rarely have the bandwidth to build internally.
