Don’t just survive...T.H.R.I.V.E.! Whatever your project/dream/goal, join me for this six week program that will accelerate your progress. It is always easier when you have a dream team! Learn the secret sauce that has helped me achieve everything I've set my mind to (hint: it's a recipe of many things)! We will start with creating a mindset that will root you in the strengths you possess and dismantle limiting beliefs. We will learn how to develop the expertise (or at least the confidence) to properly craft and execute a plan. Then we will tap into your infinite potential with daily habits that will take you across the finish line one step at a time. T is for Tenacity - the unsung hero of achievement! Learn how to operate with a level of grit and determination you've never known. H is for Heart - as a "people pleaser in recovery", I spent a lifetime of putting others' needs first. Learn how to listen to your own heart's desires and put them at the forefront of your journey. R is for Resilience - Brene Brown inspired us to rise strongs years ago, but are you putting that into practice? Learn how to process disappointment and take things less personally. When you shoot for the moon, you just might land among the stars. I is for Intellect - here's where we tap into business acumen and learn how to strategize, build knowledge and chart your course! V is for Vitality - you can't fill from an empty cup. Learn how to manage your own personal resources through healthy lifestyle choices, rest, and movement. E is for Envisioning - Learn to step WAY into the future to manifest a fulfilling life and hold fast to that vision to get there! We will meet weekly for 90 minutes on Sundays at 11 AM CST or Tuesdays at 6 PM CST 1/4 through 1/20, depending on final input from the cohort. Calls will not be recorded but a self-guided version will be available in the program library.
