About the event
The Brave Kind women's retreats are centered on two pillars I hold dear: courage and compassion. Through intimate group conversations, facilitated workshops and activities, and holistic healing methods like yoga and sound therapy, we will help you strengthen your heart and solar plexus energy to spread more kindness and boldly pursue your dreams!
The retreat includes all meals, made with fresh, local produce and meats, all wellness activities, and a carefully curated gift bag, including a signed copy of my memoir, Strong Roots, Wayward Soul. There will be plenty of free time to explore the property (and maybe even feed the chickens or cows)! Our twenty-acre hobby farm is set deep in the heart of cattle country, with just a handful of homes dotting the landscape. Find your escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, and return feeling refreshed, renewed, braver, and kinder.

Single cot in White Duck Outdoor regatta tent. 5" memory foam mattress on Coleman cot. Lamps, fans, rug, and other creature comforts provided. Each tent holds two campers, but if you don't have a travel buddy, we will match you with a like-minded new friend! All tents share a composting toilet outhouse. All lodging tickets include the Brave Kind retreat activities, all meals, and gift bag, including an autographed copy of Christy's book.

Stay in the 26' travel trailer that is as kitschy as it is comfortable. Desert-themed, this camper offers a queen bed, futon-style couch, single toilet and shower and kitchenette. The Mallard sleeps two, but no travel buddy, no problem! We can play matchmaker for a like-minded soul! All lodging tickets include the Brave Kind retreat activities, all meals, and gift bag, including an autographed copy of Christy's book.
